Precision Home Inspections LLC is based out of Old Lyme CT proudly serving the CT and RI area. We take great pride in working for our clients and protecting their investment. We always traverse the roof, crawl spaces, and attic if possible. We offer building and WDI (wood destroying insect) inspections as well as water and radon testing.

Daniel Reemsnyder CT HOI Lic#1225 - I have been doing inspections for 15+ years. I am an expert on all aspects of inspections and the home. I have personally performed every aspect of home improvement and remodeling on all types of homes, from new construction to renovations of old homes. The knowledge and expertise gained from this work provides an excellent advantage over those who do not have a background in construction.
